1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the FinQuo Versity Financial Quotient (FQ) Test (“FQ Test”), the participant (“User”) agrees to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Privacy Policy of FinQuo Versity. If the User does not agree, they must not access or use the FQ Test.
2. License Grant
FinQuo Versity grants the User a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the FQ Test solely for personal educational and self-assessment purposes, subject to this EULA.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the FQ Test, including its design, algorithms, scoring methodology, user interface, questions, graphics, and accompanying materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of FinQuo Versity Pvt. Ltd.. The User may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any portion of the FQ Test without prior written consent.
4. Use Restrictions
The User shall not:
a. Use the FQ Test for commercial, resale, or public distribution;
b. Decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise access source code or algorithms;
c. Share, sell, or redistribute reports, results, or content to third parties; or
d. Misrepresent FinQuo Versity’s name, trademarks, or content.
5. No Professional Advice
The FQ Test and its reports are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. Users should seek independent advice before making any financial or business decisions.
6. Data Privacy and Confidentiality
FinQuo Versity may collect and process certain personal or analytical data for test scoring, analytics, and platform improvement. All data will be handled in accordance with Indian data-protection principles and the FinQuo Versity Privacy Policy. FinQuo Versity will not sell or disclose user-identifiable data to any unauthorised third party.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The FQ Test is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FinQuo Versity makes no representation regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information or scores generated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, FinQuo Versity, its founders, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use or inability to use the FQ Test or any associated report.
9. Termination
FinQuo Versity may suspend or terminate the User’s access at any time for breach of this EULA or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, all rights granted to the User shall immediately cease.
10. Amendments
FinQuo Versity reserves the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the FQ Test after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.
By proceeding to access or use the FinQuo Versity FQ Test, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
